Does anyone think that Australia need to change their captain now that they are on that slippery downward slope? If yes then who would be their next captain then?

Are they even worth of playing a five test series against though? I don't think a change of captain will help. In such a close series, little decisions such as 'heads' or 'tails' can often be the difference and he can't be blamed for losing quality players to retirement without new ones coming through or much for underperfoming players.

I certainly don't think a change of captain would help Australia at the moment, although as Steve said better decisions on tactics would help.
